・ This reservation form is a request reservation. We will reply after confirming your reservation status.

・ If there is no contact and the reservation time exceeds 15 minutes, we will cancel it.

・If you have children, please enter your age in the inquiry field.

・The stay time is 2 hours from the reservation time.

【Schedule】
1. Please fill in the reservation form and submit.
2. We will confirm the reservation situation.
When there is a vacant seat, we will send you an invoice. ※ We will inform you of reservation impossible when you are full.
3. It will be online payment by credit card. ※ It is canceled when the payment deadline is over.
4. Once you have confirmed your payment, your reservation is complete. We will contact you by email.
